With all the boom for generative AI and neural networks sometimes we forget how everything started and what the whole idea of computer is. The biggest secret of neural networks and machine learning is statistics, so saying that you want to be a data scientist without saying you want to learn statistics is similar to saying you want to win the soccer world-cup without scoring any goals. In this posts I am planning of going over all the contents that I consider necessary to understand the statistics behind machine learning with some practical problems and solutions coded in Python.
